The Toy Cupboard

This room records an era in my families life and, in a sense, a release of Ego. It relates to the Id as this is work by children. Children think less consciously than adults therefore releasing their ego. This was a room where throughout my siblings and I's childhood we were allowed to draw freely on the wall of this room we called the toy cupboard. It reminds me of Rudolf Stingel's work below. This is what gave me the idea for a piece earlier in the year but I think I have changed my mind as I have researched using the body for a work and I like the idea of physically using the body with materials. Possibly a performance, or an interactive/body piece like Morris' BodySpaceMotionThings.
